The navy and its future development as a contribution to the Bundeswehr’s capability profile.
The workshop will focus on the topics of ASW (Anti-submarine Warfare), MW (Mine Warfare), AAW (Anti-Air Warfare) and BMD (Ballistic Missile Defence), consider the solution of today’s challenges as the key to future capabilities, take a look into the world of research and new technologies and remain open to impulses from the broad field of “naval technology”.
As usual, the workshop stands for open dialogue between the navy, the ÖAG, research and industry. As usual, beyond concrete awards and with the aim of sharpening the mutual understanding of the stakeholders on the basis of selected focal points and thus serving the best possible equipment for the navy.
