Optical Multi-Mission Receiver for down-to-Earth laser links

WORK Microwave’s AR-80-OPT Optical Multi-Mission Receiver has been shipped to Kongsberg Satellite Services. The optical ground station will pave the way for down-to-Earth laser links from Cubesats carrying terminals like the CubeLCT from Tesat-Spacecom.

This is another milestone WORK Microwave has achieved. The AR-80-OPT ensures connectivity to various optical detectors and handles data rates up to 3 Gbps. A seamless optical communication from space to ground now becomes possible.
