Vice President Engineering

As the Vice President Engineering, Josef Lex manages WORK Microwave’s centralized engineering team by providing strong technical leadership and fostering an innovative approach to both product and project based developments. He collaborates closely with the Directors of the Product Departments to ensure an optimal engineering process for all our products.

Prior to that, Joseph was responsible for the redesign of a new hardware platoform for the companies Navigation Simulator portfolio. Josef has more than 20 years of experience in RF engineering, mostly in satellite communication, but also in RF-Sensors. He completed a degree in Electrical Engineering from Munich University of Applied Sciences and earned his diploma thesis at Astrium Ottobrunn, before working with also ASTYX GmbH and ND SATCOM.
